YOU WON'T BREAK MY SOUL!
A 6-Week Healing & Strategy Dinner Series for High-Achieving Black Women.
You've mastered surviving professional spaces. Now it's time to recover from them. Join an intimate circle of Black women for 6 evenings of healing conversations, somatic restoration, and meaningful community over curated dinners.

Success shouldn't require constant survival.
Too many Black women carry invisible labor, emotional exhaustion, hypervigilance, and the pressure to remain "strong." This trauma-informed experience creates a space where you can finally exhale, process, and reconnect with yourself alongside women who understand your lived experience.

This Experience Is Designed For Women Who...
✓ Carry leadership responsibilities at work
✓ Feel emotionally exhausted after constantly navigating professional spaces
✓ Want community beyond networking
✓ Are seeking healing—not just motivation
✓ Desire practical tools for emotional sustainability
✓ Are ready to choose themselves again
AN INTENTIONALLY SMALL CIRCLE
Healing requires safety. Safety requires intimacy. For that reason, each cohort is intentionally limited to only 8 - 10 women. This allows every participant to be seen, heard, and supported throughout the six-week experience.
REQUEST YOUR SEAT
Because this experience is intentionally intimate, participation begins with a brief application. We simply want to ensure every woman entering the space is ready to receive—and contribute to—the experience.

Created With Care
The Sistah Circle Dinner Series was developed through the integration of clinical mental health practice, empirical qualitative research, Black feminist scholarship, and culturally responsive healing approaches.
