When consumed during the last trimester of pregnancy, it helps decrease labor time by strengthen contractions. Raspberry leaf also eases premenstrual syndrome symptoms and reduces menstrual cramps.

  5. Evening Primrose (Oeriorthera biennis): is a bright yellow, fragrant flower, originated in North America. It helps relieve PMS symptoms such as swelling of breast, irritability, bloating, hot flashes and acne; improving overall skin health.
